BEEF...It's what's for dinner!

Here is a great recipe for beef casserole that is very easy to make and very yummy to eat! Even my 2 year old will eat this.

Ingredients:

1 large package of refrigerated biscuits
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion (can use onion powder instead)
1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 10 3/4oz can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ketchup

-Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x11 casserole dish.
-Brown beef with onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain the grease.
-Combine the cream cheese, soup, milk, salt and ketchup in a medium bowl. Stir to blend. Add to ground beef and stir well. Spoon into prepared dish.
-Bake for 10 min. Place unbaked biscuits on top. Return the casserole to the oven and bake until the biscuits are browned and cooked through, 10- 15 minutes.
-Enjoy :)

OOPS and LOL

I have not been to the movies in 2 years because of my babies, so I went last night with my sister to see Bridesmaids.
OMG it was hilarious!!!!! I laughed so much it was crazy. I will warn you though they do drop the *F* bomb quite alot and there are many sexual refrences.  I could have done without some of the language but that is just me, and I still enjoyed the movie! I can not believe how much I laughed! It is a MUST see!!!! In fact my friend called me today and asked me to go see it sometime with her and I am lol. Here is a link to a clip from the movie. http://youtu.be/iTRNwe9c3so and also a funny trailor for it. http://youtu.be/nsUEd2cUIqo Although there are some parts in the trailor that were not in the movie?

Ok now for the OOPS part....Well my sister and I were by the popcorn deciding which hall our movie was in. She started to go left and with my bag of twizzlers and box of some random candy in my hand I went to point that it was to the right. Well I was not paying attention so when I threw my arm (which was full of candy so probably a little heavy) I hit some random girl right in the face!!!!! Ahhhhhhh I felt sooo bad and apologized to her, but she just kind of walked away. :(

LESSON OF THE DAY: Watch what you are doing!!!!
